100% Hawaiian Honey

On the Big Island of Hawaii, honey is a year-round endeavor, as our bees are buzzing all year long. Our Hawaiian honey is living proof of our talented bees' confectionery skills, as they select the tastiest nectars from the wide array of blossoms that cover the 75 acres of Paradise Meadows Orchards & Bee Farm, home sweet home to Hawaii's Local Buzz all natural 100% Hawaiian honey.

Honey from our hives is never heated, filtered, pasteurized or treated, so you can be sure you're getting all the flavor and nutritional benefits that make raw honey one of the most sought-after foods on the planet — and one of the best for you!

Our seasonal honey blends are blended by the bees — not the beekeepers — and have distinctive flavor profiles that reflect the changing variety of blossoms the bees are sipping from at that time of year. Availability of each type of honey will vary throughout the year—if your favorite isn't available, we suggest you try one of our other fabulous seasonal honeys or our multi-floral Paradise Blend honey.

All raw honey will crystallize over time. How fast that happens depends in part on what types of nectars the bees used to create the honey, and in part on the temperature at which the honey is stored. The colder the temperature, the faster the honey will crystallize. Store your Hawaiian honey at room temperature — don't refrigerate honey unless you prefer it in its solid, spreadable form. Honey does not "spoil" — crystallized honey is perfectly fine to eat. To restore honey to its liquid form, place the bottle in a bath of very warm water. If you are particularly interested in spreadable honey, we suggest our Creamed Lehua Honey.
