Caramel Crunch Macadamia Nuts



When we hand-craft our Caramel Crunch nuts, we start with the best macadamia nuts the Big Island of Hawaii has to offer, dehydrated to preserve all of their fresh, sweet, buttery flavor. Then we add brown sugar, real vanilla extract and vanilla infused sea salt with real bits of vanilla bean. These nuts are amazingly crunchy, and have a caramel flavor that's a little sweet, a little salty and 100% delicious.

Macadamia nuts are nature's perfect food, with only the healthiest oils and lots of protein and fiber packed into each nut. The natural sea salt we use is obtained directly through the evaporation of seawater, and because it isn't processed like regular table salt, it retains more natural minerals like magnesium, potassium, and calcium. And according to a study published in the New England Journal of Medicine, people who ate a daily handful of nuts were 20 percent less likely to die from any cause over a 30-year period than those who didn’t consume nuts.
